1,800 linear feet of the Grand Junction Path stretching from Binney Street to Cambridge Street, with a location for a welcoming park on the Cambridge Street side.

Open Space

Enhanced Binney Street cycling and pedestrian experience with buffered, off-street bike lanes and generous sidewalks. New street trees will be planted on Fulkerson Street.

THE VISION  Concurrent to the development of the new building will be the conveyance of 1,800 linear feet (from Binney Street to Cambridge Street) of the Grand Junction Multi-Use Pathway to the City of Cambridge. This section of the Path is one of the final pieces that will allow cyclists and pedestrians to travel from (the future) West Station in Boston over the Charles River into Cambridge and connect to the Somerville Community Path and beyond
